:) I'm not a weight loss coach of any kind, just doing this for myself :)
TIPS
Food
- No Soda
- No chips, crackers, no candy.
- No donuts, cookies, chocolate, snack foods.
- Lots of fruits and vegetables.
- Salads, oatmeals, granola, etc.
- No heavy syrups, dressings.
- At least 3 water bottles of water a day. Or 6 glasses
- No eating after 6:00 PM! (or after supper)
- Drink only water
- Avoid Salts
- IF YOU CAN'T EAT HEALTHY, YOUR NOT REALLY THAT HUNGRY.
- Plan meals ahead of time to avoid snacking or turning to unhealthy foods.
- Sometimes I find it helpful to write down what you eat. You can keep track of everything that way, like how many calories your taking in. Some good options if you don't want to write it down is apps like MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, and MyNetDiary. :) All Options.
HEALTHY OPTIONS
- Hummus, avacado, Spinach on toast
- Oatmeal
- Cucumber
- Apples
- Spinach
- Green Veggies
- Nuts
- Peanut Butter
- Whole Grains-not to much
- Banana-chopped in slices, add dark choc. or pb to each side
- Apples in Peanut Butter
- Granola yogurt parfait- yogurt,kiwi,strawberry,oats,granola
- Salad
- Tomatoes
DON'T EAT
- Ice Cream
- Chips
- Chocolate
- Cookies
- Donuts
- Cakes
- Pastries
- Fast Food
TIPS
exercise
- Do at least 30 crunches on each side.
- Do at least 30 squats, reverse.
- Strech for 15 mins.
- Dance:) Run around, jump, go outside.
- Do a few workouts. (Will put some on another page.)
- Run don't walk
